Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Full priced merchandise will receive a full refund to the original form of payment. 
Please note: All jewelry and intimates are FINAL SALE.
Sale Merchandise
Items found in our Sale collection will receive store credit only. 
Customers have 7 days from date of delivery to return items to us. All items must be in un-used, unworn condition. Returns after this period will be eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges
Exchanges are held for one week after exchange confirmation and ship free of charge.
Shoes
Please try shoes on with caution-- on carpet/rug is best to ensure proper fit. Returns will not be accepted if soles show wear.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
Shipping from Fine Life Co is non-refundable and not included in refunds or store credits.
In effort to reduce paper usage, we no longer print paper receipts for shipments. If you have a return or exchange and have lost your email confirmation, please contact us and we will look it up!
BRASS ITEMS: Brass will darken over-time. You can allow the natural wear, or use a polishing pad to bring back the shine.
